INTERNET ACCESS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL, AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES.
ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Must have some from of affiliation to educational institution (such as an employee, parent school representative or blessing from said school/educational institution).
START/END DATES: Giveaway will begin at 6:00:00 AM Pacific Standard time on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 and end at 11:59:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Sunday, June 30th, 2019 (the “entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: Entry does not require a payment or a purchase of any kind. Each entry form can only be done once and any duplicates from the same entrant will be disregarded.

For single entries in the draw you can (A) Tag two friends in the comments of the post (B) Share our post to your story (C) Repost posting on your page. Additional entries can be acquired by creating a post on your page explaining why you would love a dip surface or how you would use your new dip surface. Submissions with a photo of yourself and the surface in question receive three (3) entries and submissions with a video of yourself and the surface greater than 20 seconds will receive five (5) entries.

These Entries are subject to reposting on any of our social media accounts.
Photo, video and comments cannot be: (A) Be sexually explicit or suggestive, derogatory or violent of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, or age group, profane or pornographic, contain or reference nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (B) Promote alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing).
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS By participating in this giveaway, entrant acknowledges and agrees that he or she will clearly and conspicuously disclose that he or she is participating in this giveaway in any online social sharing interaction that references the giveaway or is used to obtain entries in connection with this giveaway. The hashtags #SummerSurface1000 #DrawItPaint identifies the post as associated with the giveaway entry should be included in all social media communications sent pursuant to the giveaway. Draw It Paint reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who does not adequately disclose his or her participation in this giveaway while engaging in any online social sharing interaction during the Entry Period.
Entries that do not include any required disclosures or hashtag or that are not received by Draw It Paint for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Bulk, automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook accounts, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Draw It Paint’s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the pertinent Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Draw It Paint or forfeit the prize. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the giveaway at Draw It Paint’s sole and absolute discretion. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VALIDATION: The winner will be selected by random drawing at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on July 5th, 2019 from among all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified by Email, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Draw It Paint will also announce the winner on their social media platforms through a separate post or story. The winner then has 48 hours to get in contact with Draw It Paint and claim their prize. If no contact is made by 12:00:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on July 7th, 2019, a new winner will be drawn at 12:00:00PM Pacific Standard Time on July 15th, 219.
